When you create an account or make a purchase, we collect your email address, name, and payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we never store your card details). We also collect usage data like workout progress and recipe interactions to personalize your dashboard experience.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: provide and improve our services, process payments, send purchase confirmations and account-related emails, and track your workout and recipe progress. We do not sell or share your personal information with third-party advertisers.
Payment Processing
All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Your payment information is handled directly by Stripe under their security standards (PCI-DSS Level 1). We only receive confirmation of successful payments — we never see or store your full card number.
Cookies & Analytics
We use essential cookies to maintain your login session and preferences. We may use basic analytics to understand site usage patterns. No personally identifiable data is shared with third-party advertisers.
Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted on AWS). We use encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and row-level security policies to ensure you can only access your own data. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text.
Your Rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. You can also delete your account through your dashboard settings.
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database/auth), Resend (transactional email), and Vercel (hosting). Each has their own privacy policy governing data they process on our behalf.
